Job Title: Director of Sales (Regional)

Job Description:
In this capacity, you will maintain our standard of excellence in client satisfaction and represent Paramount's Diversified Creative Services.

Paramount Design Group is looking to expand its network of experienced and motivated Sales Directors. By partnering with us, you would bring your marketing and sales expertise to Paramount and garner qualified leads through a variety of marketing techniques. You need not close these accounts, as our Executive staff will do that for you. You will be given all the tools to get off the ground quickly.

Assist us in building Paramount's client base and earn up to 30% of the margin on all projects recurring. Great opportunity to build a strong residual income stream for your initial door opening efforts.

Job Requirements:
Must have 5+ years experience in relevant sales
Excellent interpersonal skills and proven sales and marketing techniques
Excellent phone manner
Solid communication skills with team members and clients
Ability to work independently from a virtual office setting
